You must be 21 years old to rent rooms and that our pet policy is for 35Lbs dogs and they must either be kennel trained and left in their kennel in the room or be with their owners at all times and a $20.00 per night fee will added at check in!
This queen suite is decorated in designer tropical decor with granite countertops, tile floors, a refrigerator, microwave, full bath, and a queen bed and sofa bed. Small dogs (under 30 lbs.)allowed with pet fee. Owners have placed a HD flat screen, DVD/VCR, crock pot and toaster oven, plus cooking utensils in unit for your convenience! Also has ironing board and iron!
